SCHOEPS is a food industry company that specialises in cheese grating and packaging of grated cheeses.

Our flagship products are emmental and grated mozzarella, destined for wholesale businesses supplying restaurants and institutional catering companies as well as industrial pizza, lasagne and ready-made meal manufacturers.

We also produce any other type of grated cheese on request, for example, maasdam, gouda, cheddar, fondu and similar types of cheeses. Grating sizes are variable and the cheese is packaged under modified atmospheric conditions in clear or blue plastic weighing between 1 and 5 kg. Our entire grated cheese production line rigorously adheres to HACCCP norms.

A wide range of wholesale products

In addition to its range of grated cheese products, SCHOEPS has a wide range of products imported directly from the producer. This includes cheese in blocks or slices, many Italian cheeses (parmesan, grana padano, pecorino, taleggio, gorgonzola, and so on) as well as cheeses from other European countries (blue, Danish, goats cheese) and delicatessen products and cured meats.
