1. Selection
At Schoeps, everything starts with selecting the best cheeses. We adhere to strict quality standards and work exclusively with European cheese producers who, like us, strive for perfection. Before we process the cheeses, our experts inspect them for texture, flavor, and moisture content. This way, you can always be assured of the highest quality. Promise!
2. Processing
Approved? Then it’s time to process the cheese. Our advanced grating equipment ensures evenly grated cheeses with a consistent texture and delicious flavor. We offer various grating sizes so you always have a cheese that perfectly matches your culinary needs and recipes.
3. Packaging
After grating, the cheese is immediately packaged in a protective atmosphere to ensure freshness and protect it from moisture and contamination. Each bag receives a clear label containing the cheese name, production date, batch number, expiration date, and nutritional values. Thanks to the unique code, we can easily trace the bag later.
4. Storage and distribution
The packaged cheeses are stored in our refrigerated warehouse under controlled temperatures before being quickly distributed by our transport partners. We always choose reliable carriers who can guarantee short delivery times, ensuring you receive products of the best freshness.
